DK series piston manometers are re-designed on the basis of our YS series piston manometers, KY, JY series piston manometers, optimized structure, with super wear-resistant and perfect reliability.DK series piston manometers have the highest accuracy of 0.005%, range up to 160MPa. The range is up to 160MPa. DK series adopts modular structure, one platform can be installed with different piston systems, to achieve the purpose of economical and practical.
Performance Characteristics:
- Modular: piston system and pressure generator modular structure, various modules can realize a single work or a combination of functions.
- Stability: The liquid piston adopts low level weights to ensure high reliability and stability.
Interchangeability: Piston ranges can be arbitrarily interchanged by replacing the sleeve unit. - Piston sleeve unit: made of tungsten carbide material, other parts are made of high quality austenitic stainless steel, which can effectively avoid deformation.
- Weights: made of demagnetized high quality austenitic stainless steel.
- Rotation speed: under the free rotation state, the decay of rotation speed is related to time, for example, for 60MPa product, the rotation speed decreases from the initial 33.0 rpm to 24.8rpm after 30 minutes. this also indicates that the pressure distribution in the piston sleeve gap is uniform.
- Effective area: The average effective area of the piston sleeve unit at standard atmospheric pressure and 20°C, as well as the pressure deflection coefficient can be measured by a reference manometer.
- Piston descent speed: With a range of 60MPa, the piston descent speed is linearly related to the pressure. In the range of 100MPa, for all components, the piston descending speed and effective area are linearly related to the pressure, the maximum descending speed is less than 5μm/s, and the maximum effective area change is less than 0.0006mm.
- Piston descending speed: In the range of 60MPa, the piston descending speed is linearly related to the pressure. Instrument Advantages:
- The pressurization system adopts hard seal, does not rely on O-ring seal, no need to change the leather bowl, no pressure leakage, no need to disassemble frequently.

- The pressurized system is hard sealed, the pressurized rod is fine, it is very easy to pressurize to 100MPa with one hand.
- Piston barrel piston rod for the German high-precision lathe products, no need for hand grinding, there is no inconsistency in the descending speed, there is no so-called descending delay unqualified.
